In addition, FMCSA regulation CFR 383.71 requires each person applying, transferring or renewing a commercial driver license to provide proof that Arizona is their State of Domicile. Arizona Travel Driver License / ID Document Requirements An Arizona Travel ID (driver license or ID card) shows that the cardholder has provided added proof of identification to ensure the license or ID meets strict federal requirements for access to federal buildings and airports.
